Our Returns Philosophy
We understand that true style requires perfect harmony between garment and wearer. If our pieces don’t complement your form as intended, we provide 15 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or personalized/custom-made garments. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in pristine condition.
The Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Oxford-based customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request details.
- Prepare Your Package: Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice.

Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the standard returns process and indicate your desired replacement item (subject to availability). We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important: For international returns, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty Items
Should you receive an item with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement at no cost to you.
