We deliver worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) using premium shipping services to ensure your Nanushka pieces arrive with the care they deserve.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that true style requires perfect harmony between garment and wearer. If our pieces don’t complement your form as intended, we offer a refined returns process.

Our Returns Philosophy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In pristine condition
  • In original packaging with invoice included

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or personalized/custom-made garments.

The Returns Process

  2. Prepare Your Package: Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice.

Exchange Process

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important: For international returns, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty Items
